Non-DOT drug testing refers to drug screening that is not regulated by the Department of Transportation. These tests are governed by employer policies, court orders, school requirements, or personal requests rather than federal transportation rules.

Rapid Results available same day. All collections follow strict specimen handling and chain of custody procedures. 

Appointments can be scheduled online for non-DOT drug testing services. Mobile and on-site collections are available by request. Same-day and after-hours appointments may be available based on capacity.

If a Test Produces a non negative result:

• Specimen can be sent to a certified laboratory for confirmation testing 
• Confirmatory Lab testing is billed separately 
• MRO(Medical Review Officer) Services are available at additional cost if required by employer policy, but is NOT mandatory. 

• In Office Collections 
• On Site Mobile Testing at employer location 

Mobile Services reduce downtime and keep your hiring process moving. 

Travel Radius applies. Custom Scheduling available for high volume clients. 

• Set Up an employer account

• Add lab confirmation services 

• Prepayment is required for all test packages before the first collection is scheduled.
• Packages are set up on auto-pay to ensure seamless service and uninterrupted scheduling.
• A secure invoice will be sent upon selection of your package. Testing cannot begin until payment is confirmed.

Your package covers the base cost of each test, per your selected tier. Additional service fees may still apply where applicable, including:

• Mobile Convenience Fee (for on-site testing)
• After-Hours Fee (for testing after 8:00 PM)
• Additional Documentation or Special Handling

• Testing is available Monday- Friday 4M-8AM/ 6PM-8PM 
• Saturday/ Sunday  7am-8pm 
• After-Hours Fee applies to any appointment scheduled after 8:00 PM
• Same-Day Testing is available! Shoot us a text/ email or message in your portal 
• We require at least 4 hours’ notice for same-day (Non Emergency) bookings unless you’ve selected a package with Priority Booking(please always text for this option)

Once your package is activated:

1. You’ll receive a custom booking link for your team.
2. Employees can be scheduled individually or in groups.
3. You’ll receive result delivery, confirmations, and monthly reporting (where applicable) based on your package level.
4. You can also call and have testing set up without using the booking link. Request can also be sent VIA Email from the appropriate contact person.
